Central London Congestion Charge

Blue Badge holders are eligible for a 100% discount on the Congestion Charge in central London if they have applied for the exemption. It can be used on any two vehicles.

There is an administration fee for the exemption. Vehicles taxed in the Disabled class are automatically exempt if they are registered at DVLA, Swansea.
